Delete account
How to ask
Email info@pertti.studio from the address linked to your Hubdoor account. Use the subject "Hubdoor — delete my account" and tell us your creator handle or brand name if you have one. We process requests within 30 days.

What we delete
- Your sign-in account (via our authentication provider)
- Name, email, and profile photo stored with us
- Your creator profile and public page at hubdoor.io/c/your-handle
- Linked social accounts, topics, and hub selections on your profile
- Brand organisation data where you are the only member (we may keep anonymised deal records required for the other party)
What we keep
- Aggregated view and click counts tied to your former handle, without your name or email
- Messages you sent in an active deal thread, shown to the other party as from a deleted user where needed to complete the conversation
- Records we must keep for legal, tax, or security reasons, for as long as the law requires

Brand inquiry form or support email
If you submitted a brand inquiry or emailed us separately, say so in your deletion request and we will remove that correspondence too unless we must retain it by law.
Before you go
Export anything you need from your dashboard first. Deletion cannot be undone. If you only want to stop emails or hide your public page, contact us — we may have lighter options while we expand self-serve settings.
