Terms of service

Last updated 31 October 2026

These terms apply when you use hubdoor.io and related services operated by Pieter Moeyersons, pertti studio, Zwartkloosterstraat 46/102, 2800 Mechelen, Belgium. Enterprise number BE 1009.399.915. ("we", "Hubdoor"). By using Hubdoor you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.

What Hubdoor is

Hubdoor helps people discover apps and tools for a goal and connects creators with brands for sponsorship opportunities. We provide listings, profiles, messaging, and analytics. We are an intermediary: agreements for sponsored content are made directly between brand and creator. Hubdoor is not a party to those agreements unless we say so in writing.

Payments and payouts do not run through Hubdoor today. If we introduce fees or payment features, we will describe them before you agree.

Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Sign-in is through our authentication provider (Google via Clerk). Keep your login secure and tell us if you suspect misuse.
  • Information you provide must be accurate. One natural person per personal account unless we agree otherwise for your organisation.

Creators

You may only link social accounts you control. Paid or sponsored content must be clearly disclosed to your audience under applicable Belgian and EU advertising and consumer rules, including rules on unfair commercial practices and influencer marketing.

You are responsible for what you publish on your channels and for complying with platform rules on TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and elsewhere.

Brands

You are responsible for your products, claims, briefs, and compliance with advertising law. Sponsored placements in our catalog are always labelled "Sponsored".

Hub listings and ranking

Hubs show apps and tools we believe fit a goal. Order may reflect editorial choice, relevance, availability, and commercial arrangements. Paid sponsored slots are marked and are not presented as unpaid editorial picks. We may change listings as the catalog is updated.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links earn Hubdoor a commission. Paid spots are labelled "Sponsored". See the site footer for a short disclosure.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, harm other users, attempt fraud, or if we must comply with law. Where reasonable we will give reasons. You may stop using Hubdoor anytime; see Delete account to request removal of your data.

For business users, we aim to give at least 15 days' notice before material changes to these terms, unless urgent legal or security reasons require shorter notice.

Complaints (business users)

Hubdoor qualifies as a small enterprise under the EU Platform-to-Business Regulation. If you use Hubdoor as a business and have a complaint about how we apply these terms or ranking, contact info@pertti.studio. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.

Illegal content and notice (DSA)

Hubdoor provides a single point of contact for authorities and users: info@pertti.studio.

To report content you believe is illegal on Hubdoor, email Contact us with enough detail to find the content (URL, handle, screenshot if helpful), why you believe it is illegal, and your contact details. We review reports and act where appropriate. If we remove or restrict content, we aim to state reasons unless law or urgent harm prevents it.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Hubdoor a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and use that content only to operate the service (for example your public creator page and deal threads).

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service in ways that harm others, bypass security, impersonate others, upload malware, or use Hubdoor for unlawful purposes. Do not reverse engineer the service except where the law allows.

No guarantee

Hubdoor is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Listing and traffic data are indicative, not financial advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Belgian law, Hubdoor is not liable for indirect loss or for deals between creators and brands. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights under Belgian law (including articles in Book VI of the Code of Economic Law that cannot be waived).

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer with habitual residence in the EEA, you keep mandatory protections of your country of residence. For business users, the courts of Mechelen (division Antwerp) have jurisdiction unless mandatory law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms, subject to any notice period for business users above.
